 willing to risk everything to make it happen. Such is the case for Greg Bird, who, despite having a family to support and no capital backing, left a partner position at an oil and gas business to launch Jetta Operating Co. And for Bryan Perkins, who put 100 percent of his net worth into Novaria Group, making it an all-or-nothing gamble.
